I'm here to offer a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself. With lived experience of trauma and invisible illness, I know how healing it is to finally feel seen. I focus on building a strong, respectful therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, confidentiality, and care. We'll laugh, reflect, and do real work together. All backgrounds and identities are welcome here.
I specialize in working with clients who are on the road to resiliency, including support for anxiety, depression, trauma, post-partum/pregnancy, motherhood, addiction, low self-esteem, LGBTQS+ youth, transitioning youth, and various mental health/health conditions. I also offer grief support for those who have lost a beloved pet.
My own counselling journey brought me to be an advocate in many lives, and hold a deep understanding of what it takes to heal. I foster an understanding of various life stories and support the diverse needs of my clients with research-based tools and resources that are uniquely tailored to foster growth, bravery, interpersonal goals, and healing.
