About
Welcome! I am glad that you found your way here. My name is Carly Boyle and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Masters degree from City University of Seattle and a Bachelors of Education degree from the University of Victoria. I know things can get challenging and you may be facing heavy or difficult aspects of life. And, you are so worthy of asking for support and guidance to move through what feels unbearable. I offer a gentle, open-minded and non-judgmental approach to therapy, and I value providing you with a safe, self-paced, and confidential environment to be heard, and heal in.
I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults from diverse backgrounds who are faced with a variety of mental health and social concerns. I believe that while mental health challenges in childhood and adolescence can be impactful, early intervention can have a positive impact on long term development.
I often draw on interventions and resources from CBT, Attachment Theory, IFS, and polyvagal theory among others. I work with my clients in order to find an approach that allows them to express themselves in a way that feels both safe and comfortable. I offer a 30-minute free consultation to see if we are a good fit. Looking forward to meeting you!
