Are you feeling ready to understand yourself more deeply and work with patterns that feel long-standing or difficult to shift? I specialize in trauma-focused, depth-oriented therapy and use somatic approaches informed by Somatic Experiencing. My work supports the gentle processing and integration of emotional and physiological experiences, building self-compassion, and increasing awareness of how past experiences shape present-day relationships, reactions, and sense of self. This work often includes exploring shame-based patterns, a harsh inner critic, and deeper nervous system work.

Therapy with me is relational, grounded, and paced with care. I aim to create a safe, anchored container to support deeper work over time. I work best with people who are curious about themselves and open to longer-term therapy, where attachment patterns, nervous system responses, and early wounds can be explored at a sustainable pace.
