Families come to our practice when they're feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. Their child may be struggling with anxiety, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, school challenges, social skills and/or life transitions. As the founder of Calm & Connected, I've built a team of compassionate clinicians with specialized experience supporting children, youth, and families. We take the time to understand each persons unique needs and thoughtfully match clients with the clinician best suited to help them move forward with confidence.
My approach to counselling is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe meaningful change happens when children and families feel safe, understood, and actively involved in the therapeutic process.
