My name is Carl. I’m a psychotherapist with a speciality in systemic therapy and hypnosis. I treat individuals, couples and families with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My ideal client appreciates that therapy is hard work but can also be fun. I will provide you with a safe place to explore your problem and learn something new.

I have a flexible approach that combines my training and experience with what you need and believe will be the most helpful. I want to use your strengths. I incorporate hypnotherapy techniques to help you access your inner resources. I have a medical background as well as religious training. Issues of meaning and belief are welcome.

I love to listen to people's stories and to help people change what they want to change. I strive to keep the therapy space - physical or virtual - safe for all of its occupants, respectful of everyone's values, and a place where new ideas can be discovered and tried out.
