With over 10 years in the Social Work field, I have supported a diverse population including youth, young adults, couples and individuals.
I specialize in getting to know you, and believe that therapeutic relationship is one of strongest determinants of engagement and successful change within therapy. Through acknowledgement that no individual is the same, I draw from a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness to best support your individualized goals.
