Sometimes in life we are at a place where we are looking to understand more of ourselves and what is going on in our lives - from the relationships we find ourselves in, to the cycles that we might get stuck in. From anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life stress, big transitions; my job is to offer a space for you to feel safe and heard so the unpacking and understanding can begin. It is only when we can uncover and understand the root of the problem that profound coping and healing can really begin. My main job is to hold space for what you are going through and to help you make sense of it. When we can sift through our "stuff" in a safe way, it can help us to uncover some really important understanding, messages, or insights that we need for our healing. I also provide specific techniques (such as EMDR or CBT) to help you get to your goals.
My practice is offered online through video sessions. This means that you can access therapy and do the important work from the comfort of your own home.
