I specialize in children, teens, and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, phobias, low self-esteem, learning disabilities, bullying, and self-injury. Teaching tools such as: how to self-soothe, controlling your emotions and thoughts and have positive self-confidence, learn adaptive social skills, boundaries and health habits. Client goals in my office range from: feeling general better about oneself, better overall mood, more self-confident, attaining and keeping strong healthy relationships in their lives.
I help many of my clients by using a client-focus approach while utilizing mindfulness, controlled breathing, CBT, and DBT. There is usually lots to talk about regarding boundaries, healthy friendships & relationships, self-care, setting personal attainable goals and teaching assertiveness.
