DBT-A
For teenagers that are overwhelmed with their feelings or situations, feeling 'stormy' having a hard time communicating, feeling hopeless, self harming or may have suicidal thoughts. Discover tools of distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation and mindfulness. Incredible tools to learn how to self sooth. This group is for teens and their parents, so both/all are learning these helpful tools and working on their relationship. This is an 8 week program, 2 hours each week. Program runs January, April, September and November. Pricing for families (2-3 people) Insurance receipts provided and direct billing available.
