Children learn, communicate, and heal through play. Expressive arts therapy uses creative modalities such as art, movement, storytelling, and play to help children and youth express emotions, build confidence, and develop coping skills in ways that feel natural and engaging.
I am a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist (EXAT) and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with over five years of experience supporting the disability community. I work with children and youth ages 4–18, as well as adults with developmental disabilities. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, strength-based, and client-centred.
