My name is Carla and I am here to listen, understand, and partner with you to create change. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), as well as a former teacher and school counsellor. I know how overwhelming life can be and how lonely it can feel when you are trying to hold it together. Together we can help you clarify, prioritize, and make progress towards enjoying life again.
My areas of interest include chronic pain, anxiety, parenting, relationships, stress management, and supporting children, teens, adults, and seniors through their struggles. My daughter and I both live with chronic pain. We have had a difficult journey but have found effective strategies to help us live well. I can help you to do the same.
