I have substantial experience with clients from a wealth of diverse backgrounds and life difficulties. My areas of expertise include counselling for neurodiverse people, especially teenagers, youth, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as counselling people when facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, anger management, transition, and gender-related issues, social-emotional challenges.
My approach integrates a trauma lens into a therapeutic process, considering that learning is part of who we are. I believe the therapeutic process starts when trust is built, so then we can walk the path for healing together.
