I see adult and adolescent clients from all sorts of different backgrounds, and who present with a variety of psychological concerns. However, I feel I’m especially well-suited to working with folks who are undergoing significant life change (e.g., job insecurity, divorce, bereavement, diagnosis, etc.), and who are experiencing anger, anxiety, or depression while traversing the flux. I’m also a keen advocate of mental wellbeing within a number of specific communities, including: veterans and first responders, men (cis and trans), LGBTQ+ folks, expatriates/immigrants, entrepreneurs, and people practicing consensual non-monogamy.

I draw integratively upon a number of different therapeutic approaches to promote processes that are warm, relational, philosophical, and totally unique to each client. I'm also a deeply respectful counsellor: I believe that it’s my job to honour whatever it is that you’re experiencing, and to walk alongside you as you explore new ways of being in the world.

I'm a firm believer that psychological difficulty - painful as it may be - is a sign that "something's gotta give": old ways of thinking, old ways of behaving, old ways of relating to other people...
