I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, and who present with a variety of psychological concerns. However, I'm most enthusiastic about working with folks who are undergoing significant life change, or who feel that a major change might be necessary. I'm also a keen supporter of mental wellbeing in veterans and first responders, expatriates and immigrants, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I see clients either online, or in person via the Safe Haven Counselling clinic in northwest Calgary (www.safehavencounselling.org).

I'm an integrative counsellor who provides remote and in-person therapy to adult individuals living in Calgary (Alberta), Western Canada, and around the world. I tend to be very philosophical and relational in my work: I draw upon a number of theoretical approaches to promote safe and encouraging therapeutic processes that are unique to each client.

I'm a firm believer that psychological difficulty - painful as it may be - is a sign that "something's gotta give": old ways of thinking, old ways of behaving, old ways of relating to other people... As such, my job is to honour whatever it is that you're going through, and to walk alongside you as you explore new ways of being in the world.
