Katherine is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and completed her Master of Education degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy through the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. Her primary client group is adults with a wide range of presenting problems. She has training in several areas including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Training, Career and Educational Counselling, and Group Therapy. Katherine has also completed a PhD at the University of Alberta specializing in sport psychology.
