My primary goal is to provide quality counselling services to individuals and families who are struggling with a situational crisis, seeking short term or long term counselling. I am a Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of clinical experience.
I use both evidence and strength-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Brief Intervention Solution Focus and so much more.
My role as your therapist is to provide an environment that is encouraging, supportive and at time may be challenging, however in a non-judgmental and stress free milieu, that will help you get back to a healthy and positive journey.
