We are a team of Registered Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Marriage and Family Therapists and Interns who offer individual, couple and family therapy. When I think about therapy, I imagine my client’s search for well-being and healing as if they were lost and trying to find their way home. Let's be real- life can get tough. You may be faced with challenges such as experiencing trauma or loss, navigating complex relationship or family dynamics, encountering discrimination at school or work, or overcoming financial stressors. These difficulties can be further amplified as a person of colour and being raised in an immigrant household. Naturally, hardships can evoke feelings of hopelessness, numbness, or anxiety.
