Counselling can support you through navigating change if you are at a crossroads.
I help clients who are struggling with loneliness, anxiety, depressive symptoms, substance use issues, finding and maintaining fulfilling relationships with family, friends or a partner. I assist navigating changes in family configuration, career, school, or health. I help couples deepen their connection and improve their communication.
