The recent changes in the economy have created uncertain times which may impact our self esteem, motivation, and overall happiness. I specialise in helping individuals through these uncertain times by helping increase passion, drive, and self esteem. When dealing with anxiety and depression, we will work together to identify negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that may be impacting your happiness and overall quality of life. I enjoy taking a part in the conversation instead of simply listening and providing an empathetic ear.
By helping you identify how your thoughts and beliefs are impacting your feelings and behaviours, I will help you become more aware of how we can make use of and modify these thoughts. I also make use of IFS language to help my clients better appreciate all of their parts and improve all relationships with these parts.
Through empathy, understanding and unwavering support, my priority is that we create a judgment free zone, where you will feel heard and appreciated. I believe that validation is a necessary component of growth, and I make use of validation in all of my sessions to make my clients feel heard and appreciated.
