I am dedicated to providing compassionate, realistic approaches to mental health treatment. I firmly believe in normalizing the human experience and working collaboratively with my clients to achieve their goals.
I utilize an anti-oppressive, client-centred, attachment focused, and trauma-informed approach recognizing that you are the expert on yourself and your life.
My style is integrative and collaborative, drawing from EMDR, somatic, CBT and DBT skills, narrative therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. These are tailored to what best supports your healing. I also offer EMDR intensives for clients wanting to explore deeper work in a shorter period of time.
My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
