Are you a parent, couple, individual, or entire family seeking to enrich your life and navigate interpersonal challenges? I specialize in working with families and couples as a relational therapist, drawing on my training in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Attachment, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to cultivate meaningful, long-lasting connection. Many of us are feeling lonelier than ever, and the weight of uncertainty and the absence of manuals to our relationships is isolating. As a parent and psychotherapist, my skillset is helping caregivers, couples and individuals become relational!

My work centers on cultivating resilience through relational connections - both within yourself and with others. I believe that healing and growth occur in the context of supportive relationships and that resilience IS relational! Our conversations will provide emotional safety, deep trust and rich supports which you can access outside of therapy.

I know that validation alone isn't enough - you need solutions. Whether you’re facing parenting challenges, relationship issues, or family transitions, my goal as a relational family and couples therapist is to empower you to thrive as individuals and as a unit.
