About
*Currently Accepting New Clients* My approach to therapy is founded on collaboration, drawing from your insights to co-create your path towards personal growth and empowerment. I work with individuals, couples, families, and youth offering a free consultation to ensure we are a good fit. I understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship and I make it a priority to create an environment in which you feel comfortable to explore the issues causing you distress. I carry a systemic lens in therapy, exploring the impacts of sociocultural factors and how they shape your identity and relationships.
I work with clients experiencing a range of concerns found to the right of my profile (specialties/issues). I obtained my Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy at Guelph University where my research focused on addressing anxiety in couples therapy, power dynamics within family units, and individuals’ experiences of living with HIV & AIDS.
I believe therapy is a space to connect with your most authentic self. I provide online therapy sessions at Psychotherapy Collective, an online clinic facilitating client access to licensed therapists in Ontario. Visit our website, call me, or email me to schedule a free consultation to see if we are a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
