Therapy is about talking through life's stressors, but that's only the beginning. When you develop a relationship with a caring, attuned therapist you will find new ways to solve problems, heal old wounds, and change the way you live your life. I aim to create a space free of judgement where you will feel supported, heard and validated. I believe in meeting people where they are at while taking into consideration your physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being. I pull from evidence-based strategies such as self-compassion, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy.
I work with individuals age 16+ and couples who are looking for support navigating perinatal health and complex medical issues, infertility (IVF), bereavement, anxiety, life transitions, and stress/burnout. I believe that you are the expert on your life and I will bring my expertise in therapy to collaboratively find coping strategies that fit best for you.
I know from my own life and many years of helping others that putting yourself first and asking for help can kick up a lot of fear, but I strongly believe that slowing down and looking inside can help you harness your strengths and navigate life in a more manageable way.
