Are you going through a transition in your life? Do you want something different for yourself or for your relationships? Beginning therapy can be a daunting task but here you are. You have made that first step toward healing and sometimes; that one step is all it takes. My goal as a therapist is to empower adults and seniors with the skills to overcome anger, fear, grief, pain, trauma, anxiety and depression.
Everyone faces periods in their life where they feel things are unmanageable and the road ahead is unclear. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to help untangle whatever struggles you are facing. My approach uses various proven, effective therapeutic techniques like Narrative therapy, CBT and Mindfulness with a focus on ensuring your feelings are validated
I feel very lucky to have had a life journey that has led me to become a therapist. My passion in this role is to empower adults and seniors with the skills to find passion and authenticity in the “everyday” lived experiences. I believe everyone has a unique life story and I would be honoured to share in yours.
