I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who brings nearly 20 years of therapeutic experience with individuals and families, including children and youth, to my counselling practice. After almost 2 decades, I know that families, and the individuals and relationships that comprise them, are unique, complex, and powerful structures in all of our lives.
My clients are couples, parents/step-parents, minor and/or adult children, grandparents, extended families, families of choice, and more. In other words, I work with individuals of all ages who are seeking to examine and work through experiences, challenges, (mis)understandings, and ways of being within their current or past journey with their family.
This might mean: better understanding of yourself through identifying modelled patterns of behaviour/coping, processing/healing past family trauma, (re)developing healthy relationships and boundaries, working through conflict in your relationship(s), working through grief and loss, working through though thoughts and feelings about death and dying, and more.
