Hello! Are you neurodivergent (ADHD, AuDHD, and ASD) and have questions or challenges? Or do you deal with BPD? Do you need support with confidence building and/or experience periods of moodiness? Are you looking for Individual, Couples or Family sessions? I have experience and training working in these areas of expertise from a professional and personal point of view. I want to help you with your concerns and build your understanding with anything you bring to sessions. I can provide therapy to Individuals (12+), Couples and Families. I am a goal-oriented therapist who uses multiple techniques. My crisis prevention and intervention training knowledge helps to develop self-care plans for folks, couples and families. I implement coping skills and strategies from emotional and cognitive perspectives that suit you uniquely.

I have extensive experience working with a wide range of age and demographic populations who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. In addition, I am highly trained in helping individuals with ADHD, eating disorders and bipolar. My methods of treatment include CBT, solution-focused, and narrative therapy, plus more.

This group is for neurodivergent women to have an opportunity to connect and interact with individuals who understand them. Each session will include a moment to reflect, learn, or ask questions about topics and issues brought up during the session, including building their confidence and self-esteem among peers who understand them, feel welcome and accepted with no judgement. There will be a focus during each session on building strategies to work with daily struggles. This is an 8-week IN-PERSON program starting bi-weekly. Fee $75. Bi-Weekly Sessions. Tuesdays 7 - 8:30 pm. Limited Spots Available.
