I am a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and culturally competent therapist with over 18 years of experience providing services to clients. I am registered to provide therapy services in Alberta and Nova Scotia (virtual only). I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, identity or general life stressors. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, offering inclusive and affirming individual and relationship therapy for clients of all sexual, gender, and relationship orientations.

My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can deepen your self-awareness, honour your unique identities, experiences, and values, improve your overall well-being, and feel empowered to make fully informed decisions about your life.
