As a Master Practioner in Clinical Counselling it is my belief that everyone is deserving of a space to share their story. I use an integrative approach to counselling + serve in a client-centered way. How that works for you + how can we incorporate that to fit your lifestyle is my approach. I address a variety of diagnosed, undiagnosed mental health + substance use concerns. I am here aside you in your journey. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy + more. I work with trauma, family, pre/post-partum couples, youth, anxiety, depression, ADHD, + Addiction.
During our initial assessment I will be honest + integrative. I work with a variety of clients and will take an approach to help you navigate your concerns. Allowing space to process your concerns + leave with you a plan to address those concerns using solution focused therapy!
I am here to hold space for you as you navigate + process your journey whilst providing you tangible + useful skills to apply into your healing. Ultimately, I am here improve your overall quality of life. I also provide budget friendly options for those who have limited or no benefits or those struggling with finances!
