Greetings, I am a grateful to make my home on Lheidli T'enneh territory (Prince George) after recently moving back from Victoria after 21 years. My designations include RCC and CCC. I work with a diverse range of adults. If you have decided that now is the right time in your life to engage in a healing journey, I am so happy for you. Nicole is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Certified Counsellor providing Counselling and EMDR Therapy to adults, couples, and families. Nicole has worked extensively with adults in distress, couples in conflict, families in crisis, and youth at risk, in both Counselling and Outreach formats. Nicole's 25+ years of combined experience is enhanced by a Master's Degree in Counselling, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a commitment to regular upgrading to keep current in her field.

Hi! I’m Chelsea, Owner/Counsellor at my group practice, Project Self Holistic Therapy Ltd. We support children, teens, individuals, couples and families as they embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. They may be dealing with various issues such as trauma, anxiety, anger, postpartum depression, infertility, reproductive fertility, grief & loss, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, parenting or a desire for personal growth. We understand that client’s stories are unique experiences; thus with compassion and curiosity we hold space for your needs. We have a variety of therapists to support your needs.

My goal is for us to come together as equals, and work collaboratively to discover how you can THRIVE instead of just survive big life events such as severe injury, illness or new disability; pregnancy, infertility, IVF and parenthood; abuse, neglect, or violence (witness or survivor); gender and sexuality exploration.

When anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, sleep issues, chronic illness & pain, and relationship issues are interfering, how to get through the everyday can feel so frustrating, exhausting, depleting, and chaotic. Most of my clients don’t really know how they got to this state, or how to get out of or through it. But people who are at a place of wanting change things and who are willing to trust the therapy process towards having a different life really do find counselling helps with building capacity, control, self care, skills, routine, and supports.

We are an online counselling agency so do not provide services in person. Strength Counselling Services has licensed, experienced therapists who use evidence-based practices, prioritize client needs, and maintain ethical standards. We offer culturally sensitive, affordable services in a supportive environment. We offer a comprehensive goals assessment, regularly assess progress, and collaborate with other professionals. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Social Worker. I provide support to adults and couples. I have experience working with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, gender issues, substance use, low self-esteem, stress related issues, and chronic illness. I recognize that it takes a great deal of courage to make the decision to start and commit to counselling. I consider it a privilege to be invited into your life. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to process the confusing, overwhelming, or painful part of your life.
