Trauma & Depression: An intentional and thoughtful process aided by creative expression, psychoeducation, and trauma informed care.
Creative Healing: Working deeply with art and dream work for self-discovery and growth.
I offer a blend of depth-work, imagination, creativity, philosophy, science, CBT, and somatic work. I work mainly with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, and creative healing. I love working with the folx from the queer community and offer a space free of judgment for those in ethically non-monogamous relationships.
It is courageous to ask for help and it can feel overwhelming to navigate the process of starting therapy.
