Drawing from mind and body-based approaches, I hope to support you to cultivate awareness of your needs and boundaries, build on your capacity to be in touch with your emotions, and find intentional ways to nurture wellbeing within yourself and your relationships. I work collaboratively and am informed by the work of feminist and anti-oppressive thinkers.
