As a Registered Social Worker, I seek to include all elements of the person in my practice. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals (teens and adults) facing a myriad of life challenges through a compassionate, person-centered lens. In addition to anxiety and depression, I have a therapeutic focus on the difficulties underlying ADHD and OCD. My journey into social work/therapy was inspired by a personal desire to empower others to overcome obstacles, cultivate resilience, and lead full, meaningful lives through a values and strengths-based framework.
Drawing from a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I seek to adjust my interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Whether you are looking for short-term solutions or deeper self-exploration, my approach is collaborative and empowering.
Please feel free to reach out to me (via email or phone) for a free 15-minute consultation to discuss how best I can support you. Your well-being is my priority, and I look forward to connecting with you.
