We will collaborate to draw on evidence-based techniques from psychodynamic, Adlerian, Cognitive-Behavioural, Attachment and Emotion-Focused therapies to and deepen the insight and the emotional experience you bring to your behaviour and relationships.
Often the painful experiences that drive a person to seek therapy are the first signals of readiness for change. There are no ‘easy fixes’, but experience has taught me that finding a therapist you can feel a sense of connection and ‘fit’ with can make all the difference, and that small changes over time can have a huge impact on your quality of life.
