I specialize in working with adult men, particularly men who struggle with anxiety, trauma, anger, depression, self-esteem, and expressing their emotions/needs/desires. A particular specialty is with men who identify as a HSP or introvert. I have worked with many young to middle aged adults, including couples, who want a new direction in life and/or who are struggling to adapt to a new stage or transition. If you are looking for support in becoming more aware, empowered, and self-compassionate while you embark on a new path that is more aligned with how you want to live your life, I can guide you along the way.
Initially a kinesiologist, I am able to provide Counselling that focuses healing through the mind-body connection. I attend to your needs in an attachment, trauma-informed, experiential and relational manner - always ensuring you feel safe and comfortable. The techniques I use are informed by neuroscience and clinical research. I direct bill to ICBC.
Overall, my skills and experience enable me to support you to embark on a path in life where you feel more fulfilled, confident, and enthusiastic to continue your life journey more deeply connected with yourself and others. I believe everyone has the innate capacity for positive transformation - I am here to help remove the obstacles.
