We can end up feeling alone in our anger, fear, sadness, loss or pain. I can be there to listen and accompany you on the journey towards healing and self-acceptance.
I work with adults on stress management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic pain, self-esteem and self-awareness, relationships and life transitions. I am trained in Somatic Therapy, Grief, Bereavement and Loss Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Gottman Couples Therapy.
My focus is on providing a respectful, caring and safe environment for self-exploration, healing and growth. As a settler on the traditional lands of the Lekwungen Peoples, I stand for empowerment, diversity and equality in mental health care; I offer spaces with fees on a sliding scale in my practice.
