About
Congratulations on taking charge of your life! You are one step closer to getting the help and support that you seek. Asking for help requires courageous vulnerability, and recognizing that you are a "human-being". As humans, we all have limitations in our ability and capacity to handle stress. Asking for help doesn't mean there is something wrong with you, or that you are "broken." rather it may be that you are seeking to make meaningful and lasting change in your life.
I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents (12-18 yrs) to assist them in bringing about meaningful and lasting change. My areas of expertise are diverse with an emphasis on relationship issues, and life transitions) My professional experience includes training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman, and Functional Family Therapy.
The only constant in life is change and change is inevitable and is a requirement for growth and progress.I look forward to having a conversation with you to further explore how I might help and support you in your unique journey in becoming the "best version" of yourself.
