I am a registered clinical counsellor with the BCACC. I specialize in counselling men in Victoria, B.C. Anxiety and Depression can drag many people down and paralyze them under the weight of sadness and worry. I work with you to find a leverage point from which you might release the pressure enough to gain perspective and move toward a better way of living. I am trained in Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Trauma therapy. It takes a lot of courage to begin counselling and I consider it a privilege to meet with clients when they recognize that it is time to talk about the struggles that they are experiencing.

Many clients come to meet with me because they are facing especially stressful times in their lives. I help them talk about the ways in which this stress is holding them back and how they might reclaim their lives in more fulfilling ways.

My approach is collaborative and supportive. I am trained to listen and support you to respond to your circumstance in a collaborative and empathic way. I approach every client as a unique person who brings different strengths and resources with them.
