I am a therapist with over 10 years experience, with specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, loss and trauma. I have training in mindfulness and grounding techniques. My approach is caring, warm and collaborative. I am licensed by the BC College of Social Workers and BCCA and an insured therapist who accepts 3rd party reimbursement.
