Are you struggling with overwhelming or mixed emotions, relationship challenges, or traumas that seem to hold you back? I provide a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic space to support you in your emotional healing and personal growth journey. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which have been shown to effectively help clients access and process deep emotions, leading to lasting change. We can develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs and work to identify and break patterns keeping you stuck.
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Newfoundland and Labrador Psychology Board. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Memorial University of NL. I completed my residency in clinical psychology, providing outpatient treatment and assessment to adult clients in community mental health, traumatic stress, and health psychology services
I have been providing therapy services to adults with a wide range of concerns in private practice since 2022. My main areas of focus include relationship or interpersonal issues, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, grief/loss, and existential concerns. Together, we can unlock and harness your capacity for change, so you can form healthier ways of coping.
