Using an inclusive, collaborative, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach, I utilize a wide variety of evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy.
It takes a lot of strength to reach out for support and I recognize how difficult that may be.
