Binge Eating Disorder Support Group (6 weeks)

There is a lot of shame and guilt involved with binge eating. Feeling a sense of being “out of control” is common. Which behaviours bring you closer to and further away from how you want your relationship with food to feel? Learn about how binge eating creates short-term relief from uncomfortable emotional states. In this group, tools will be provided to help you avoid bingeing and feel at peace with food.
