About
The decision to seek support for yourself or your family can be an emotion-filled process. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a plan to address the unique concerns you may have. I bring 15 years of experience working with children and youth and their families struggling with depression, anxiety, and impulse control issues. My approach is eclectic and holistic and includes elements of cognitive-behavioural, attachment-informed, and mindfulness-based therapy. The development of a caring relationship and a safe space to explore are at the core of my work.
At Flex Psychology, I specialize in working with children and adolescents. This population requires a flexible approach, creative implementation, and playful engagement. I have experience with a wide array of issues that present in childhood and adolescence, and have worked hard to develop a toolkit from which to draw.
I work within a team of highly skilled and trained professionals. Our team is able to provide individual and group-based treatment in order to meet our client's needs. My playful and practical approach create a comfortable and safe space to work together.
