I work with individuals and couples exploring trauma, sex and intimacy concerns, and difficult relationship patterns to help build deeper understanding, healing, and connection. I also specialize as a Child Therapist working with children who have a history of trauma and are in need of supportive coping tools.

I work from a person-centred approach, creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and safe to explore what matters most to you. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, ACT, IFS, and DBT, while also integrating art and play therapy to support self-expression, healing, and meaningful growth.
