I approach therapy from an integrative, play-based, attachment-focused, and neurobiological lens. Through play, children are able to tell their story, integrate their experiences and heal. I work closely with caregivers to help them dive deeper into the child's world and explore what research in neuroscience can reveal about their child's behaviours.
I believe that all children have something positive and unique to give to the world.
