If you are growing weary in your efforts to please others and to feel safe in your own body, you are not alone. As a pre-licensed therapist under supervision, I support individuals who are seeking freedom from the weight of their own and others expectations. Perhaps you feel physically and emotionally overwhelmed, carrying a sense that your body is a stumbling block rather than a home. If you feel stuck in traditional talk therapy, I invite you into an inner transformation that feels sacred, creative, and authentically your own.
Expressive arts can be used in session to create safety, belonging and expression where words fall short.
My work is a blend of compassionate connection and creative exploration. We may use visualization, poetry or movement as art making to bridge the gap between the head and the heart. I work by prioritizing safety and pacing to honour your nervous system. In our session we will move away from "performance" and toward authentic, embodied self acceptance.
