I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD or autistic traits; whether formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or questioning. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling misunderstood, masking parts of themselves, or unsure how to advocate for their needs or get unstuck from cycles.
You don’t need to identify as neurodivergent to work with me. I use a transdiagnostic, humanistic approach to help clients make sense of their experiences, build insight, and develop practical strategies that fit their life. Together, we explore what’s holding you back and find approaches that actually work for you.
