I believe in the innate strength and resilience all human beings possess to move through overwhelm experiences towards greater growth, healing, and change. I specialize in trauma therapy, as well as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and family of origin or attachment challenges. I support individual adults, first-responders, youth, and parents/caregivers. I offer in-person sessions in Squamish and online therapy throughout British Columbia.
I use a trauma-informed, culturally-safe, and attachment-based approach. I have advanced training in trauma therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and am a provider with First Responder Health. I often incorporate principles from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioura! Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Reaching out for support is a challenging and vulnerable experience. Experiences of pain, trauma, stress, violence, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss are difficult to navigate alone. Please reach out to connect and we can discuss how to best support you. I am grateful to hear from you.
