When life gets hard, it's good to have a soft place to land. I offer compassionate support for every stage of your motherhood journey. I’m a client-lead, experiential, transpersonal therapist offering a holistic and parts work approach to motherhood and parenting challenges. I draw on IFS (Internal Family Systems) and many other perspectives and use what works best for you and sometimes that means we'll try a more experiential approach, allowing the body and our "parts" to inform us about what is most needed in our session together.

I work with inter-generational trauma, legacy burdens and Post-partum Depression (PPD). During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, using IFS, Genograms, and other tools. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement the longer we work together.
