I am a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about providing ethical, effective, and nonjudgmental mental health care to a wide range of people. If you are on the fence about whether or not therapy is right for you - I like a tough crowd! It is part of my job to figure out how best to serve you. I truly believe that we carry our early attachment experiences with us throughout life, and they can both help and hinder us. Together we can find out what's keeping you stuck and how best to move forward.

My general style uses compassion, humour, metaphor, and unconditional positive regard. I think the "magic" of therapy is in having someone truly know, understand, and accept you. I aim to empower you and equip you with tools to help you help yourself so that eventually, you won't need me anymore!
