We all experience challenges in life and can benefit from some extra support. The process to begin therapy can be daunting, but I strive to offer a warm and welcoming environment. I like to work with various personal challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and trauma processing. I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to reach your goals. I work to offer a space where you feel supported and accepted as it is important for us to build a solid relationship so you are able to explore inner conflicts, challenges, and/or relationship difficulties.

I work from an integrative approach pulling from CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Graded Exposure, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach so I tailor my approach to the client I am working with.
