With 25+ years of experience working with individuals & families in a variety of areas, including MCFD, harm reduction health services, bodywork focused modalities, community outreach, & 2SLGBTQ+ community, I’ve had the privilege of supporting diverse populations facing a wide range of challenges, such as trauma, work injury, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, & family separations.
I offer personalized counselling services rooted in diverse therapeutic approaches, including somatic practice, Internal Family Systems (IFS Informed) Compassionate Inquiry (Suicide Attention trained), Neufeld (parenting & attachment), Harm Reduction, and ACT. My focus is on compassionate, client-centered to help facilitate change.
My goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where healing can occur. I believe that together, we can explore challenges that arise and discover pathways to personal growth, emotional healing, and lasting positive change.
