I’ve been there: feeling fundamentally changed by parenthood, unhinged by a history of trauma that twists and impacts your relationships, and sitting with the gut-wrenching grief of feeling lost in your own self-identity. Because of this, my goal is simple: to create a space where you can finally feel like you matter and that it’s completely okay to explore the messiness of being human. I’m Cady, a therapist, a mother, a creative, and, most importantly, a messy human just navigating life, right alongside you.

When you step into a session with me, relational safety and nervous system stabilization are our top priorities. I offer unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and non-judgement. If you are a new parent struggling with big emotions, recently bereaved and lost in the waves of sorrow, or navigating how trauma impacts you, I can help.

I believe we are all doing the best we can given the resources, skills, and nervous systems we have. I also fundamentally believe that you are enough for me, and I’ll help you see that for yourself. I specialize in working with individuals (18+) who are facing big emotional moments, feeling hopeless, or sensing a loss of self.
